VARpvc is made of a metallic substrate pre-coated with a PVC film; this film can be in solid colours or printed, with a smooth or grained surface and PVC film can be applied to both sides. Foodsafe approval, fire resistant and mechanical workability, the product can be used for many purposes and in many fields of application.

Pre-painted Super Polyester HD+

VARH+ is the new and innovative pre-coated product with exceptional technical and aesthetic characteristics. The base metal firstly undergoes a chemical treatment after which several layers of superpolyester paint (up to 25/35 microns)are applied. The product can be solid or printed (e.g. wood, wall, cotto tile or corten effect.

Pre-pinted

VARVER is made up of a metallic substrate pre-coated with primer and paint developed for the construction and industries, for indoor and outdoor applications. Excellent workability and aesthetics. A complete range of colours is on stock; colours can be manufactured according to samples with various gloss levels.

Metallic substrate precoated with PET film

VARpet is made up of a metallic substrate pre-coated with a layer of paint onto which a PET film is applied. The film can be printed or solid colour, in glossy or matt versions. Excellent technical characteristics: non toxic, recyclable, easy to clean and very resistant to acids.

Pre-coatings on stainless steel

VARinox is made of a metallic support of AISI 304 or 430, with satin or scotch-brite finish; this can be coated with a fingerprint PET film, as well as with a paint or primer on the backside according to the customers’ final need or application.
Thanks to its technical features, this material can be used in a variety of different industrial fields.
