EN 10025 1-2-5 (3-4 on demand)
These steels are widely used in the field of mechanical constructions (from light to heavy structural work) and are irreplaceable in numerous applications linked with civil building (public works) and urban decoration. Their vast availability, in both formats and quality, enables the designer to make a sure choice of the material best suited to the intended use. For these reasons this is certainly the most important category of construction steels. They are generally installed without heat treatment, that is in their untreated rolled state, or at most after simple normalisation.
Hot rolled steel grades we can supply: S185 / S235 / S275 / S355 - Grades: JR/JO/J2/K2* with CE mark S355JOW / S355JOWP
Suitable for bending purposes and normalized heat tratment.
Processes: Cut to length up to 2,500 x 20 mm,Strip slitting up to 2,000 x 15 mm, Blanking up to 14 m
Structural steel, consisting of 4 levels identified by the guaranteed minimum yield strength. Each level consists in turn of different qualities depending on the characteristics of impact strength KV and the state of supply.
These steels are suitable for various applications in general construction and in the manufacture of parts that have to withstand severe stresses. According to the minimum yield strength, the most suitable material can be identified depending on the end use. For high yield strengths related to other formability performances, it is necessary to move towards high tensile micro-alloyed steels.
Hot rolled steel grades we can supply: S185 Basic steel, S235 Equipment not requiring lightening and not subjected to severe stress. Quality fit for parts with medium difficulty, S275 Operating parts subjected to average level stresses: section bars, welded beams, tanks, S355 Fixed or mobile details, metal structures that need to withstand heavy stresses: street lamps, trailer chassis, equipment for public works.
Processes: Cut to length up to 2,500 x 20 mm, Strip slitting up to 2,000 x 15 mm, Blanking up to 14 m

These rolled steel products are widely used in making many construction details in the field of light structural work and urban decoration. Their name is closely linked with the particular geometrical conformation of the surface pattern (on only one side), which may present a stripped or buckle effect. Thanks to their non-slip function/capacity, these sheets are used especially for safety purposes. So they are generally used for the treatable surface of walkways, stairs, lifting platforms, footboards, inclined surfaces, loading ramps, manhole covers, etc. They are also widely used for the surfaces of weighbridges.

EN 10149 1-2-3 / SEW 092
High yield quality steels, known also as micro-alloyed or high strength steels, have been specially studied and developed for those sectors of application which require: - high mechanical strength and toughness (resilience at low temperatures) - excellent cold deformability (bending, profiling, drawing) - excellent weldability. These steels are therefore particularly indicated for making all structures/elements that require, besides good workability, a significant reduction of their own weight while maintaining their basic strength properties unchanged. Their regularity of behaviour in moulding also makes them suitable for all mass production work.
Hot rolled steel grades we can supply: S315MC / S355MC / S420MC S460MC / S500MC / S550MC / S600MC / S650MC / S700MC S260NC / S315NC / S355NC / S420NC / QSTE380TM
Processes: Cut to length up to 2,500 x 20 mm, Strip slitting up to 2,000 x 15 mm, Blanking up to 14 m
High tensile steel, micro-alloyed with guaranteed minimum yield strength: they are excellent for welding and cold forming. The qualities are identified by the minimum guaranteed yield strength.
The high mechanical characteristics of this range of steels and the good drawing qualities allow to create cost-effective solutions for several parts or details that require reductions in weight, thickness and overall dimensions, while leaving unchanged the resistance of parts or details.
Some examples of application can be: highway trailer trucks, buckets, large trucks, cranes, farm equipment, beams, welded tubes, profiles in general for scaffolds or shelves, containers, guide bars, street lamps. The regularity of the spring back makes this steel suitable for all automated mass productions and also facilitates the assembly.
Hot rolled steel grades we can supply: S315MC – S355MC – S420MC – S260NC – S315NC – S355NC – S420NC.
Processes: Cut to length up to 2,500 x 20 mm,Strip slitting up to 2,000 x 15 mm,Blanking up to 14 m.

LASERALF Steel
LASERALF steels are hot rolled steel products with a low carbon content, characterised by special suitability for laser cutting. They are excellent for use in automatic production processes, due to their constant strength (mechanical homogeneity), the strict control of their chemical analysis and close dimensional tolerances, as well as excellent weldability. The good flatness after cutting and the low residual internal tensions enable LASERALF material to be used in producing parts that require minimum deformability (or none at all) and the absence of burs. LASERALF is the brand name with which Gabrielli S.p.A. sells sheets suitable for laser cutting.
Hot rolled steel grades we can supply: LASERALF 240N (Superior qualities upon request)
Processes: Cut to length up to 2,500 x 20 mm,Strip slitting up to 2,000 x 15 mm, Blanking up to 14 m.

EN 10025 1-6
These steels possess high mechanical strength (in particular a high elastic limit), excellent toughness, weldability and cold deformability. These exceptional properties are obtained by means of a strict control of the elements in the alloy, careful performance of the rolling process (that is a specific management of the deformation speed, the rolling temperature and the subsequent cooling) and technologically advanced heat treatments. The strong reduction in the contents of undesirable secondary elements (such as S, P, N, H, O) and of the quantity of non metal inclusions present (and their shape), ensures an extraordinary internal homogeneity of the material. Direct hardening after hot rolling, followed by tempering (which is considered the equivalent of the conventional hardening and tempering heat treatment) guarantees a uniform strength and the required high mechanical characteristics. These materials also behave better under fatigue than traditional steels.
Hot rolled steel grades we can supply: S460 / S500 / S550 / S620 / S690 / S890 / S960 - Grades: Q / QL / QL1.

These steels possess excellent resistance to wear and mechanical abrasion, due to impact or friction. They are also distinguished by high hardness and a very high yield quality, as well as excellent characteristics of toughness and cold formability. These properties therefore make them more suitable than traditional steels in many applications where very high mechanical strength and resistance to wear are required. The sheets are supplied tempered (in water) with controlled cooling. They are totally killed and processed with a fine grain with the addition of microalloying elements such as niobium and vanadium. These steels are “branded products”, so they are known to users by the typical name given to each one by the manufacturer.
Hardness Brinell: 400HB, 450HB, 500 HB.
